Anyways, today was the Motocross des Nations. My dad and I got up at 6 to watch it all! But I have to admit, I was pretty much asleep during the whole first race. After 3 hours of staring at two computer screens, I was not expecting USA to take the trophy. But they did it somehow! That last crazy race really helped them out. Also, Estonia ended up in eighth place overall. That's better than last years tenth place!
Right after watching all that action, I went riding to my friend Dan's house. Today there was quite a few people there. I'm so glad! Otherwise the track wouldn't have dried out as well from all the rain we got this week! The track was slick at first, but by the middle of our riding it was perfect. It's so much fun doing whips over the step-up floater jump! One lap I tried doing a one footer with a whip off of it and flat landed so badly! But it's a small price to pay for all that fun. :) I also tried carrying more momentum through the turns
today. I don't know if it worked, but it sure seemed like it. Hopefully my helmet cam will show me. I'm hoping to get that on the internet tomorrow.Before my dad and I left for home, we loaded a fricken awesome 1929 car onto a trailer. So cool!
